Clearing the Cache

One of the most common, and most effective ways, to correct problems with online library resources.

Clearing the Cache

Clearing the cache (temporary internet files) of your web browser can really help to speed up and correct any problems with accessing different websites. Clearing the cache (and sometimes cookies) is often the first step an IT technician will take if you are having difficulties accessing a particular site. Each browser has a different way of completing this process, and they change from one version to the next. For some browsers, there could be a number of ways to clear the cache.

Please Note:  Not all online library resources are supported by every browser.  Please reference the A-Z Databases list to see if a certain browser is preferred.
