Clearing the Cache

In Chrome

1. At the top right, click on the three vertical dots.
2. Click on More Tools.
3. Select Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range, select All time.
5. Uncheck "Cookies and other site data" in order to keep your cookies in place.
6. Select Cached images and files and Browsing history. 
7. Click Clear data.
