Studio Best Practices
- Save all your work to a remote drive. Locally saved files will be cleared out once per semester (or more often if needed). Long-term storage is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for, nor can we recover, lost data.
- Use headphones whenever possible. When audible sound output is needed, please be cognizant of studying students – thanks!
- Food and beverage are only allowed on the designated table.
- Leave the room in good condition for the next patrons, including resetting the room and placing trash in trash bins.
-
Report any problems or issues to the front desk. You will be billed for repair or replacement for broken, lost, or stolen equipment.
-
Please do not remove any equipment from The Studio.
- If you should need to leave The Studio, even momentarily, please lock the door.
