Green Acres is located at the northwest corner of 6th Avenue & Grandview Avenue. It was registered with the County in 1939.
Under "Dedications" it says "(A) Stipulate that no lot at any time shall be occupied or owned by any person or persons of the Caucasian races. However, this provision shall not the employment of persons of other races by the occupants."
Cole Village is located on the southeast corner of Colfax Avenue & Garrison Street. It was registered with the County in 1945.
In the "Protective Covenants" it says "E. Only persons of the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any lot. This covenant shall not prevent use or occupancy by domestic servants of a different race domiciled with or in the employment of an owner or tenant."
Happy Valley Acres is located in the city of Golden, and is centered upon South Golden Road & Orion Street. It was registered with the County in 1939.
It says in the text, "A. No tract at any time shall be occupied or owned by any person or persons of other than the Caucasian race, however, this shall not prohibit the employment of persons of other races on the premises by the occupants."
Indian Hills 3rd Filing is located in the Indian Hills section of Jefferson County. It was registered with the County in 1923.
Under "Restrictions" it says "1. That the said tracts shall used for no other purpose than for the building and maintaining thereon and the occupancy thereof private residences by Caucasians, and the erection of necessary outbuildings."
Schreiner Resubdivision is located at the southeast corner of W 44th Avenue & McIntyre, just outside of city limits of Golden. It was registered with the County in 1946.
Under "Restrictions and Stipulations" it says "(A) Only members of the Caucasian Races may own or occupy land in this resubdivision. This shall not, however, prohibit the employment of persons of other races by owners or occupants upon their own premises."
Kincaid Springs is located on Elk Creek just north of the town of Pine. It was registered with the County in 1945.
In the "Restrictions" it says [NOTE the different handwriting] "Only members of the Caucasian races may own and/or occupy premises in this subdivision except servants not of the Caucasian race may be employed and reside with their employers."
