What is MINDFUL MONDAY?

Mindful Mondays are back in person. We will be holding sessions in the Boettcher Room of the library.

SCHEDULE FOR MINDFUL MONDAYS

Mindful Monday is a weekly drop-in meditation group open to all students, faculty, and staff.

Brief meditations are facilitated by Mines students, faculty, and staff; no experience necessary. Come learn the benefits of meditation in your life!

Every Monday* @ 3:00 - 3:30 pm
