ACM Open Access Agreement

The Arthur Lakes Library has a contract with the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) to publish Open Access articles without needing to pay Article Processing Charges. Please visit the ACM Open Access page to learn more.

IOP Open Access Agreement

Open Access Partnership with IGI Global

IGI Global, a publisher specializing in Business & Management; Scientific, Technical, & Medical (STM); and Education, has partnered with Colorado School of Mines to encourage open access publishing among researchers and faculty. This partnership enables research to be freely accessible, increasing its potential citations, usage, and indexing. Faculty who publish in IGI Global's nearly 200 open access journals can receive a 5% discount on processing charges. The discount is applied after double-blind peer review and acceptance. Manuscripts can be submitted via IGI Global's eEditorial Discovery manuscript submission system using the IGI Global Portal.

Royal Society of Chemistry Open Access Agreement
