What is MINDFUL MONDAYS?

MINDFUL MONDAYS is a weekly drop-in meditation group open to ALL students, faculty, and staff.   

Brief meditations are facilitated by Mines students, faculty, and staff; no experience necessary. Come learn the benefits of meditation in YOUR life!

Every MONDAY @ 3:00 - 3:30 pm

in the LIBRARY BOETTCHER ROOM

*Excluding Summer/Fall/Winter/Spring Breaks and Holidays
