Clearing the Cache: IE

One of the most common, and most effective ways, to correct problems with online library resources.

Clearing the Cache: Internet Explorer

  1.  To clear temporary internet files, press the Ctrl, Shift, and Delete keys all at once.

  Alternatively, click on Tools -> Internet Options -> under the General tab click Delete. Either method will bring up the following screen:Delete Browsing History Screen

  2.  Make sure the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History selections are all checked. The click Delete.

  3.  Once the process has completed, restart Internet Explorer to see if the problem is resolved.
